Returns/ Exchanges
All merchandise, except gift cards, can be returned in the original packaging materials. We are unable to refund any online purchase from the time your order is placed.
For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, and all accessories. All the electronics: Digital Cameras, Monitors, Printers, Computers, Camcorders, Scanners, Small Appliances, Projectors, DVD Players, Home Theaters, etc must be returned within 15 days of the sale date. All this products are subject to a 15 % restocking fee if returned opened or in a non- factory box.
Note that shipping and delivery charges are not refundable.
Books, Movies, Music & Video Games
- CDs, DVDs & Video Games, must be returned unopened.
- Books: Must be returned unused and unmarked.
- Cds and DVDs: Must be returned unopened.
Electronics
- Computer hardware: Must be returned with any included software within 15 days of receipt.
- Computer and Computers accessories: Must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
- Digital cameras and Camcorders: Must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
- TVs of 40 inches or larger cannot be accepted without original packing and receipt.
- Other restrictions may apply.
Jewelry
- Our 20 days return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item following this procedure:
- Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return confirmation receipt.
- La Curacao will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
- Note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Furniture
- All damages or defects need to be reported no later than 15 days from the day the merchandise is delivered to you. If for some reason you have the product for a few months and find out it's defective we will need a description of the defect and pictures of the item so in that way we can verify if it's indeed a factory defect or other type of damage.
- Buyer Remorse/ Don't like Style: If you want to return the merchandise because you decide than you don't want it or don't like the style than it must be reported no later than 30 days from the day the merchandise is delivered. Merchandise must be boxed unopened and undamaged in order for us to pick it up. All freight charges as well are 15% restocking fee.
